Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid Football Club is a Spanish football league team, is a traditional powerhouse in European football. Atletico Madrid is the third-best team in history among Spanish football clubs, behind only city rivals Real Madrid Club de Futbol and Futbol Club Barcelona in terms of titles, season-ticket holders and total revenue. He has won 10 Spanish league titles, two Champions League runners-up, two Europa League titles, three European Super Cups and one Club World Cup title.

In 2013-14, La Liga champions Atletico Madrid lifted the trophy at the Camp Nou, something no team had ever done before. At 11 am on January 21, 2015, Wanda Group announced that it would pay 45 million euros to buy 20% of last season's La Liga champion Atletico Madrid. After completing the acquisition, Wanda joined the board of Atletico, the first time a Chinese company has invested in a top European football club. On 29 May 2016, Atletico Madrid lost the Champions League final to Real Madrid 4-6 on aggregate (3-5 on penalties) to finish runners-up in the 2015-16 Champions League. On 16 August 2018, Real Madrid lost to Atletico Madrid 2-4 in extra time in the UEFA Super Cup, and Atletico Madrid won its third UEFA Super Cup title.
